Due to a need Dana Hugle saw within the healthcare provider community, she started 64 Coaching & Consulting, LLC. The name 64 Coaching & Consulting ties the company to three generations of practical coaching. 64 was the brand of Fletcher Davis who was a coach, teacher and school superintendent. Fletcher was also a respected community leader others sought out for advice. Fletcher was Dana Hugle's grandfather. The practical coaching Fletcher practiced was passed down to Matt Davis and then on to Dana. The art of this type of coaching combined with common sense allows for the development of forward steps and action plans. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is guiding, instructing and training. 

After obtaining a degree in religious education, Dana ran a small business and was recruited into healthcare administration. Dana managed physician services including offices, ER schedules, hospitalist program and support staff. Dana spent years recruiting providers and working with large recruitment companies. She then moved into consulting and worked in rural hospitals and offices. Through the years, Dana met and worked with providers from across the globe. The challenges these men and women face can be difficult. Many times providers carry a great deal of family responsibility they must balance with work. They are pulled by recruitment firms, hospitals and the desire to care for patients. Someone should be on the side of the providers! 64 Coaching & Consulting is on the side of the provider!
