Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and all healthcare providers are under a great deal of stress. Dana Hugle, the leader of 64 Coaching & Consulting believes in the importance of having support while dealing with stressful situations. One on one coaching provided in a confidential way with action plans provides a frame work for decision making, prioritization and spiritual growth. Retreats allow a team of support professionals to customize sessions for providers and those who support them at home. 

What We Provide

Coaching
Confidential one on one sessions in person or using remote technology providing customized support using tools developed over years to evaluate job transitions, family/work priorities and focusing on spiritual support.
Practical tools and asking the right questions can be vital to selecting a position that allows a provider a good work environment while balancing the demands of personal passions and priorities. 
Additionally staff will work with providers to learn how to set boundaries and work towards more balance.

Retreat
​Three retreat types are offered that are customized to the needs of each group. Reconnect Retreat is for providers to network with sessions on practical balance, spiritual growth and reconnecting with passion. Sustaining Marriages retreat is designed for couples to work through the challenges of scheduling, communication and building emotional support. Family Fusion Retreat focuses on disconnecting from work to evaluate priorities, spend time teaching practical balance and reconnecting with family. 

With formal training in religious education and over 14 years of experience working with healthcare providers in recruitment and in office & hospital management, Dana Hugle saw the need to allow providers a safe space to ask questions, work through issues and discuss the challenges that are foreign to those outside of care settings. Dana has assembled a team of professionals from across various fields to provide support in retreat settings to meet not only provider needs, but also the needs of those who work to support providers at home. 

Reconnect Retreat: This retreat is designed for providers to network and gain both practical skills and to reconnect with their passion for medicine. Sessions are customized for the group. Groups are normally capped at 12 people. Pricing includes lodging, meals and all sessions. $999/provider
Sustaining Marriage Retreat: Retreat design is for couples who face the challenges of the healthcare environment. Most retreats are ideal for couples where one partner is a provider and the other partner provides support. Session include communication, goal setting, prioritization exercises, emotional support, spiritual development and personal connection activities. Price is per person and includes lodging, meals, sessions and extra activities. $899/person
Family Fusion Retreat: Retreat is designed for families. We understand families come in all shapes and sizes. Each retreat is customized for the specific group registered and all retreats are kept small for interaction. Sessions included communication, disconnecting to reconnect, goal setting, family activities. Price includes lodging, meals, sessions and activities. Additional activities may be added. Families with more than 3 members should contact for special pricing. $899/person - contact team for more than 3 in a family
Customized One-on-One Provider Coaching Sessions: These packages are customized for our clients and may cover career transitions, recruitment prep, prioritization evaluation, motivation concerns, family balance, life balance, spiritual growth and development or other topics as needed. Pricing includes 4 sessions. $275/4 sessions. Free consultation available.
